1. Hire periods & rates
Daily hire runs 24 hours from delivery; weekly hire runs 7 consecutive days. Rates shown on this site exclude delivery, collection, fuel and damage waiver unless stated. Weekly and monthly terms are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
2. Delivery, fuel & condition
Machines arrive serviced, fueled and inspected with a signed condition report. The hirer returns the machine fueled and in the same condition, fair wear excepted. Cleaning and refuelling charges apply where machines return dirty or empty.
3. Insurance & liability
The hirer is responsible for the machine from delivery to collection and must hold plant-hire liability cover for its full replacement value. Loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear is charged at repair cost plus hire lost during repair.
4. Breakdowns & downtime
Report faults immediately on the 24/7 line. We repair or replace as fast as conditions allow; downtime credits apply where a machine is unusable through no fault of the hirer, as set out in the hire agreement.
5. Operation & safety
Machines may only be operated by competent, ticketed personnel in line with the manual and site rules. Overloading, use outside rated limits and operation under the influence are prohibited and void breakdown cover.
6. Payment
Online hires are charged at checkout. Account customers are invoiced weekly in arrears with 14-day terms. Late payment may pause further hires until the balance clears.
