What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, company), hire enquiry details (machines, dates, site location) and order information needed to deliver and bill your hire. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site — payments are processed by our certified payment provider.
How we use it
Quotes, scheduling, delivery, support and invoicing — plus service updates about your hire. We send marketing only where you have asked for it, and every message carries an opt-out.
Who sees it
Our hire desk, drivers and mechanics as needed to run your hire, and processors who handle payments, hosting and email on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
Retention & your rights
Hire records are kept as tax and safety law requires; enquiry records are removed on request. Ask for a copy, correction or deletion any time at hello@titanbridgeequipment.com and we will respond within 30 days.
